CPArelay exists because the hardest part of running a CPA firm usually isn't the accounting. It's everything around it: the documents that haven't arrived, the letter that isn't signed, the invoice nobody followed up on.
What CPArelay is
CPArelay is an operations workspace for small and growing CPA firms. It keeps client engagements, document requests, a client portal, approvals, e-signatures, time, invoicing, and payment collection in one place — so the follow-up that used to live in inboxes and spreadsheets becomes visible, assignable work.
It is deliberately not a general ledger, a tax preparation system, or a payroll processor. Firms already have those. CPArelay handles the layer those tools ignore: the client workflow from "we need your K-1" to "payment received."
Who builds it
CPArelay is built and operated by Seveninblue LLC, a US software company. We build small, focused business software — products that do one job well and respect the people using them. Same team, same values, behind every release: collect only the data the product requires, no third-party trackers, no selling your data, and no marketing email sent from your client records.
How we work
Firms talk to the people who make the product. Support email goes to someone who can actually fix the thing. Feature decisions come from watching how real practices chase real work during real busy seasons — which is why the dashboard leads with "Needs a nudge" instead of a chart.
